This is the site for Masters, Knights and padawans they go in that order.
Masters r the highest other than SS if u want to move up u have to wait till the Masters think u r good enough and u will then take the council test(s).
Masters can only train people and judge were they should be e.g knight or padawan. U stay padawans till u have been judged.
U can only move one place at a time.
